UAP inks MOA with SMX Convention Center

SCOUT RALLOS – The United Architects of the Philippines signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the SMX Convention Center for the holding of the 43rd UAP Annual National Convention and UAP Construction Expo 2017 at SMX Manila. UAP National President Arch. GUILLERMO H. HISANCHA signed on behalf of the UAP while MS. MYLA B. VENEGAS, National Sales Manager on behalf of SMX.
