UAP Tandang Sora Chapter hosts "Barangay Makeover: Architectural Clinic" at Gawad Kalinga
As part of the Bayanihang Arkitektura of the United Architects of the Philippines, UAP Tandang Sora Chapter hosted the "Barangay Makeover: Architectural Clinic" at Gawad Kalinga Tabora Village, Banlat Road, Barangay Tandang Sora, Quezon City.
During the said event, architects, interior designers and landscape architects provided free schematic consultation to the residents of the village who cannot afford the full fee of the said professionals.
According to UAP Regional District A3 Arch. Cecil C. Gamana, " This is the 1st UAP District A3 official activity for 2017. It was a great experience attending this very noble, laudable and heartwarming activity of Uap Tsc Chapter headed by its Pres. Joänä Dungcä. Entering the homes of our less privileged kabarangay and hearing not just their present concerns in their houses and their aspirations to make their houses more livable and presentable but also their battle in lives reminded us again how blessed and fortunate we are. This little act of kindness will not end on this day but will surely goes a long way as District A3 will continue to extend assistance to the lucky resident of Gawad Kalinga Tabora Village... Congratulations Uap Tandang Sora Chapter for a job well done... a very great start for 2017!"
