Profprac head sets talks on architectural practice to several chapters

Incumbent Executive Director of the Commission on Professional Practice, Arch. Benjamin K. Panganiban, Jr. is scheduled to provide talks on architectural practice to several chapters nationwide this month of November.

Interviewed by KYP, he emphasized that “How to tackle complaints of illegal practice is a common concern among members and the talk I am going to give enlightens them on what it is all about and what they should learn to do as individuals if they want to protect the profession.”


“The other talk on the practice of architecture in Asia is becoming increasingly competitive among our Asian neighbours as upgrading of the tools for our profession, such as education, new technology ,professional practices, corporate social responsibilities, green architecture, BIM's and BPM's presentation, MRA's on Asean Integration and the forthcoming GATS in 2020 helps us Asian architects understand more each other and how to collaborate and improve our profession.”


Architect Panganiban is a Fellow of the United Architects of the Philippines and a Registered ASEAN Architect and APEC Architect. His firm specializes in Design-Build Services, and is also practicing collaboration with other firms within the Philippines and in the ASEAN Region. His firm also specializes in Imported Materials Specifications and does construction work on Buildings and Residences importing building finishing materials from abroad to be used in his constructions. He has been in the practice of Architecture since 1985.
